Change folder icon in if there is no customize tab

Hi. When you want to change folder's Icons in "Documents Library" view, you will face a problem that there is no "Customize" tab. Without "Customize" tab you can change folder's icons, Actually when you try to change your icons of following folders..

Documents
Downloads
Music

Pictures
Videos

But don't worry it's so easy to change those icons easily - I'm using windows 8.1 as my Operating
